In accordance with the rules for the provision of services (clause 5.3. of the Agreement for the Provision of Services), in order to maintain confidentiality (Article 13 of the Federal Law of 21.11.2011 No. 323-FZ "On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation") and the preservation of personal data, due to the impossibility of identifying and authenticating the consumer, the transfer of personal data, information about services rendered and other essential information related to the agreement is impossible through messengers.
